US Treasury Sanctions Russian Individuals and Entities Tied to North Korean WMD Revenue Streams

In an assertive move that intensifies geopolitical tensions in the East Asian sphere, the United States Treasury Department has instituted sanctions against Jon Jin Yong and Sergei Kozlov, both residing in Russia. The duo stand accused of orchestrating revenue generation schemes for North Korean institutions associated with the development of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs).
